Is Dux Cleaner free?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever. Premium plans add deeper optimization and support features.
Do I need an account to download?
Yes. The website requires a Google or Discord sign-in before unlocking the Windows download.
What does the cleaner remove?
Dux Cleaner focuses on temporary files, caches, logs and other cleanup targets that can be reviewed before removal.
Does Dux Cleaner store my Google or Discord password?
No. Authentication is handled by the identity provider. Never paste your Google or Discord password into Dux Cleaner.
Can I change or cancel a Premium plan?
Yes when a production payment provider is connected. The included checkout UI is prepared for hosted Stripe or PayPal flows.
Are my card details stored on this website?
The intended production flow sends customers to hosted payment pages. This website should never collect raw card numbers itself.
Why does the download ask me to sign in?
The login gate is there so the website can associate access with an account. After signing in, return to Download and the button will be unlocked.
Something is not working. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page, sign out and back in, then open Support with the exact error message if the issue continues.
